Banned without reason [ Edited ]

Dear EA moderator(s), I was banned for 1 week for saying ‘[REMOVED WORD]’, which in your view is considered hate speech. Since in the Portuguese dictionary, the word [REMOVED] means ‘’person who is afraid of everything, chicken, coward‘’ I find it extremely illogical to be banned for a week for telling someone that they are a coward or afraid, and the player who reported me called me [REMOVED PLAYER NAME], which in the dictionary means - 1. In Portugal the term designates a [REMOVED]. Have you also banned him? I request that the suspension be cancelled immediately, as well as compensation for not being able to play fut champions due to this gross error on the part of your excellencies, which attacks my right to property since I bought the game, and I can't play it due to this error, and I would like to point out once again that never telling someone you're afraid can be considered hate speech. If the moderator in question has taken the term to another meaning, that's certainly not my problem. The word in question has several meanings, and it's not up to the moderator to choose the one he considers to be accurate. The term I used cannot be considered hate speech, period. And even falls within various parameters of censorship of my freedom of expression, provided for in Article 37 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, as well as Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. However, in order to avoid future situations, I won't be using the chat again, since I play for fun, not to have to deal with this kind of situation. I'd like to emphasise once again that even if the moderator considers my comment to be the most serious, a week for something like this, which wasn't racial or religious discrimination, etc, is simply ridiculous. I request that the suspension be cancelled, and if not, that you provide me the contact of your company's regulator so that I can file a complaint against your Excellencies for attacking my freedom of expression, which is protected by the above ementioned articles.
