Hello, 3 days ago I got lifetime banned. 2 weeks ago I got banned for 7 days, because I said ***** to my teammate ( he provoked me and insulted me trought voice chat, so I insulted him back in chat). Then I got banned for 7 days and I was mad but I understood that its not okay to insult back. After the 7 days I played and 1 day after the new season 16 was there. I was exited to play, I launched the game logged in , played and buyed the battle pass. 2 days after I wanted go play again and got banned and no, not for 2 weeks or something. I got banned lifetime, and not my apex account... my whole EA account was banned lifetime. I stopped breathing for 10 seconds... I was confused why I was banned and thought it was for 2 weeks, then I clicked on the link and I saw, than im banned forever because of my Name( I had the Name a whole month). I have written 2 emails , in wich I apologized because I understood why my Name wasnt ok and I guaranteed that something like that never will happen again. Today I got the answer that I will not be unbanned. Im realy disappointed... I spend many time and a lot of money in my Account. I understand why I got banned but I dont understand why I get banned lifetime. I just hope I get unabanned because im realy sorry and I dont wanted someone to feel offended.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @KeineAhnungQQ.


If they have declined your appeal then there is nothing that can be done to change this.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Hello,

 

3 days ago( when I got banned) I send an email to the ToS team. I openend the EA Page, clicked on my ban and clicked on contest. I have written an email and today at 3.30am I got the answer (in the appendix but in german). I realy hope I can play on my Account again because im realy sorry and it was so dumb what I did.
