Banned account for no reason, EA insists, and no ban history shown in my account

★ Novice

Hi community, these were what i was writing to them. They insisted i cheated on FIFA matches.

Hello,

I still don’t get it, firstly I did not use any external game tools/software.

• Send unsolicited information to EA servers  - what does this mean?

• Perform in-game exploits - Does this mean I cannot use the bronze pack method by opening the pack to grind for cheap fodder by doing SBC bronze, silver, gold upgrade? And sell bronze rare for gold. Is this not allowed?

• Abusing glitches or bugs - I did follow pro custom tactic ideas from YouTube to set my tactic is this not allow?

Apart from this, i guess i didn't do wrong to deserve the 3 years banned?

As I explained recently I had mid game crashed without any game app error or warning, forcing me to drop of the game out of sudden, and after trying to reinstall or repair the game app, all of those action doesn’t help. I see a lot of other players also complaint and trying to resolve this problem with posted and shared fix ideas on this link  https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Fifa-23-PC-Crashing-Mid-Game/td-p/11929308. So I followed some pc gamer shared tip to adjust my pc graphic card setting to fix this problem which it works. Is this a rule breaking cause due to the bug or glitch that you EA mention on the 4th pointer?

There are just too many problems with this game. I played FIFA 21 and there wasn’t any of this problem crashing, but still there was other bug issue like Xbox controller the buttons go hay wired on output in wireless mode, and only works if Xbox controller been wired connected to the PC through USB port. And now I PAID FOR FIFA POINTS and played FIFA 23, there were so many problems with first the anti cheat program, then the mid game crash, and then now I got banned from not really knowing the real reason with FIFA POINTS in my account , and also had my hard work grinded FIFA 21 account which is also link to this account email getting banned as well. How on earth would I do PAID POINTS and try to cheat and risk been ban? I'm just a normal skill player on weekend championship games with maybe 10 or less win and I'm been considered a cheater?

Seems like EA you are forcing your customer to quit on your bug designed game this way?

I will appreciate if you can follow up this email and explained this thoroughly.

Thank you
