Anybody interested in The Finals?

It's made by ex battlefield developers and I think it looks really good. It's like Battlefield and Apex Legends mixed. I wish Battlefield had the destruction that The Finals has. It honestly looks incredible and I hope Dice takes notes as to how destruction really should be. I'll still play battlefield but I definitely see that game taking over as my go-to game

The one trailer looked good.  I like the game show theme, slick visuals and destruction.  The destruction is the only thing that I see in The Finals that I wish Battlefield had more of.  

I plan on checking it out.  Right now there is no information on if the game will have a storyline to play through, so I am thiinkng that it will be PVP only.

Meh, dunno. Too much destruction just leads to empty fields/rooms.

Whatever they do, the devs better stick with the original plan.

At this point I'm just waiting for Battlebit to come out. All these AAA games have been outdone completely by many Indie devs these past couple years. And it's very obvious that the quality of new games is going down by the amount of remakes and remasters beginning to flood the market. People don't like the new stuff and just want the old and better stuff with newer graphics.

@DPsx7 Based on the gameplay the destruction is not too much. I only saw 1 building get completely leveled throughout an entire match.

@BLADEWARRIOR447 After a while it because harder and harder to make new and exciting games. I mean I fine with the remakes as you get to experience some of the best games with better graphics and mechanics

I think there's a massive difference in scope of, what, 8 or 16 players versus 32-64-128 that requires syncing data across all the platforms as well as computation requirements. 

Do I wish that level of destruction was in BF? Sure. Is it reasonable with the current setup? Not necessarily. 

I'm curious to see where the game goes, I heard about it when it was announced then was invited into the closed beta but haven't had a chance to try it yet. TTK seems gigantic, for better or worse.

 Not really. Just because it's made by ex-DICE devs means nothing TBH. The game is more of an Apex Legends x Rainbow 6 Siege and I dislike both of those games. The Battlefield community doesn't really translate to The Finals simply because it's the same old devs. BF is more of a combined arms sandbox type game, nothing like The Finals. It really is just a different game and it's stuck with a seemingly gimmicky 4v4v4 game mode that will get stale very fast.
