I asked ea support agent to permanently remove Dragon Age Inquisiton from my library since it's region-locked.
And now all of my games are gone from my library.
Am I going to get them back or what ? PS: I want all of my games back (excluding DAI)

Have you tried clearing the cache for Origin to see if that refreshes your games library since they updated your account? Make sure you check your filter in the Origin client to ensure it's not hiding your games.
It's quite possible an error was done on Support's end and they'll need to rectify that. We're not able to make any changes to accounts from our end here I'm afraid, so please contact our Support via the options below so they can pull up your account to double-check the access to all your games.

I'm 100% sure that support-agent messed something up. I asked him to remove only Dragon Age: Inquisition from my Library. And he just removed ALL of my games.
That's insane.
Now I simply want you to undone those changes since it's obviously EA support's fault.
