I am finally referring to this website, as I am done with the appalling customer service + poor system of EA on helping their players.
I have reopened my case 5 times now, with 'someone' from EA customer service from Asia 'supporting' me.
They are clueless bots - similarly to the process in which EA has set up a 'remove account' service.
Not only is this service unreachable, unsupportable and simply not able to be found, none will actually help me.
Each time I reopen my case, I get a different name of an 'apparent support service employee', but pretty much same story.
Either I need to supply a verification code to show its me (which i've done 3 times now), or they ask me 1-3 questions for which they need an answer, which I literally ALREADY state/answer in my cases.
I am fed up, tired and just want to remove my account which has 0 interest in terms of data or use for EA.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, just send someone capable to look at this issue and remove my account.
Better yet, if someone from customer service actually takes a gander at this, it is this account that I am writing from.

Just so you are aware EA will not Delete accounts that have Active Bans on them. The Ban would have to be lifted before you can delete the account.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble getting this fixed up. I'm afraid we cannot assist with account-related issues on the forums, as these are public boards where we're unable to verify or discuss your account details.
When you mention trying to remove an account, are you trying to delete your account entirely, or unlink another platform account?
You should be able to unlink a platform account to remove it from your EA account without contacting support in most cases, though if you run into trouble with the listed steps or are looking to delete an account outright, you will need to speak with support.
Do feel free to visit your case history page to leave feedback about any of the prior advisor interactions, which will go directly to their supervisors for review. Aside from that however, I'm afraid you would need to create a new case to have this looked into further.

As promised, I would give an update on the service I have had.
I am 3 case messages further, with the exact same messages by random individual ' customer service respondents'.
It seems that EA will do anything possible to NOT remove my account.
This is an unbelievable service - quite like I have never seen before.
It is almost a miracle to be this poor at helping people - quite the opposite. EA seems to do whatever they can to hold my account hostage.

That makes sense.
Fortunately, I have not received a ban in any organization or game ever.
Meaning, it is solely the responsibility of EA to solve this customer issue.
To give another update, 5 tries further and still the same repetitive mistakes made by EA.
New customer handler, same message, 0 progress.

Unfortunately, I am well aware.
Currently at attempt 20 to remove this account.
It is bizarre how bad their internal customer service is.

A month later and I still have not been able to delete/remove my account.

I tried to write my story only to find out your story is the same as mine. I've only been trying this for 24 hours now, 16 emails in. Now someone (I think a bot) is telling me I can't even delete my account through email exchange. I need to do it through the chat. Which I could acces through the link they send me. Except that it doesn't work. Not only that but it is impossible to even get to the 'chat' when you're logged in. I found my way to the supposed 'chat' by ignoring three popups telling my my issue would be resolved faster if I just logged in. Finally got to the chat, and what do you know... It's unavailable at this time.
I just want my account removed... that shouldn't be so hard to do right..?
