Account hacked?

Hello

I just received an e-mail from Origin saying my e-mail has been updated. I did however not requested this and as a result, I can no longer log in nor play any more games.

I am very scared all my efforts, games and time will be lost because of my account being hacked.

I have tried Origin help, but I couldn't select any of the options, so I could not post my question there.

I really hope someone can help me as I am seriously in panick right now.
