Account disabled

Haven't played on console in a few years, when I tried to log in it said I needed to reset my password as my credentials were expired.

Finally got to the point It would let me link my account again but it said "your xbox live account is currently linked to your email 8a*****@disabled.ea.com.

That's it? So I can never play any ea game on my Xbox account again?

I would recommend reaching out to Support via Live Chat, they would be able to take a look into your Account and see what happened here.

I have tried, but everything I get to the select help part and I hit submit it gives me "sorry our bot detected something, please try again
