Account banned reason banned_fraud_review

So I get Wild Hearts after too many years to count of not using my EA account and it says banned I have a ticket on it and when I downloaded my account data this was what showed:

"Status_Reason": "BANNED_FRAUD_REVIEW" do anyone have any experience in what this is because an explanation would be nice not asking for anything that would require a "oh go to our help and put a ticket in" just anyone who knows what it is.

It sounds like it's related to a purchase, maybe a chargeback. We can only speculate though on Answers HQ. You would be best reaching out to the Terms of Service team to have this looked into if no chargeback was put through by you. Ok thanks for that I guess I'll wait to see what the ticket reveals because I don't know what it could be I haven't used this account since Origin was a thing.
