Whenever I try to access multiplayer on BC2 it asks me for the serial key but I don't have one. I recently got EA Play through steam but never received any thing aside from the confirmation of purchase in an email. I have never bought BC2 but there has to be a way to access it. What would be the point of listing it as an available game if I can't play it. Steam says that they don't provide the serial key since this service is handled by EA. Your help chat asked me to leave a post here about it.

Nice cop out answer. How about you give us a fix that actually works. Steam will just direct us back to you. It seems EA once again failed to see things all the way through. Please advise on how to fix this issues. Also be advise that your previous response yields no results, and is unacceptable answer.
