No C&C The Ultimate Collection on EA Play with Xbox GamePass Ultimate

Hi,

I use EA Play with Xbox GamePass Ultimate via EA Desktop on PC.

Problem: Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection is not availble. Can not find it via Xbox app and the EA Desktop app.

Strange thing is: Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection is availble in the normal EA Play Subscription (without Xbox Gamepass)

But both are called "EA Play", so it's the same "subscription" but it's not?

I really want to play the games which are included in Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection, but I can not.

I'm not gonna pay €4 /month for EA Play seperatly only for C&C games.

More people with this problem?

Like exact same or with diffrent games?

I hope EA can fix this...

Hey @fighter-501 the game library on EA Play differs from platform to platform, as you are accessing it from Game Pass Ultimate then you will have a different library from EA Play on Origin.

Wow, that's really greedy of EA...

Maybe they should NOT call it the same name..

And about the link... misleading

Yes, I use gamepass on PC and Xbox series S, BUT... PC and Xbox are not the same

The website says:

• Xbox One
• Playstation 4
• Steam
• Origin
• EA Play Pro

Yeah, what about PC?

You cannot call a PC with the Xbox app a "Xbox One"

So, if I want to play C&C I have 2 dumb options which I won't do:

• Paying for the game
• Paying €4 extra /month

Hey @fighter-501 our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross-platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

As EA Desktop is in Beta then certain games may not be available at the minute.

Which I USE on 2 different platforms: PC and Xbox

As I said above @fighter-501 the games available to you will differ based on platform and membership, if you have EA Play through Game Pass Ultimate then you may not have access to some games that are available on Origin through EA Play.
