Joined EA play through steam and it wont let me launch games

I joined EA play through steam and whenever I try to launch the game, it will either close after a second of opening, or open origin which says "ERROR LAUNCHING GAME
The game Dragon Age™: Inquisition - Game of the Year Edition does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game" And when I try to download it from origin it still says "game not downloaded". 

This is kinda annoying on how * the service is, I've tried disabling firewalls and done everything else the other solutions marked as "solved" (lol) have said, and nothings worked.

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
