Issue with EA Play expiring and buying a game from the free subscription games

Some time ago my EA Play subscription expired and later I bought one of the games that I already had for free from the subscription. (I had a game that comes for free if you have EA Play, then lost it, because my subscription expired, then I bought the game so I could play it without EA Play) Origin doesn't register that I have bought that game and it's telling me to renew my subscription to play it.

This indeed seems to happen sometimes, unfortunately, when you claim a game via EA Play and later decide to purchase said game after your EA Play has expired. Our Live Support should be able to assist you with this issue. You can contact them via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.
