Can someone please tell me whether I will pay 99.99€ at the next billing cycle, or will I pay 99.99€ plus 27%, which is approximately 126.99€? Just in case...

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
