They really never cared about costumers, but the staff in this site just shows it with pride. They just hit you with the copy paste "your feedback was emailed to the staff" and that's it, never present a real solution. Wonder how much they make tho, seems like an ideal job. Just CTRL + V from question to question you know.

Dude didn't know though. He's a minion making minimum wage and probably doesn't speak English. EA has never cared about their consumers or their franchises, only the bottom line. If enough people are playing without complaint of not having achievements, they won't ever add them to the beta. Which sucks.

I'm honestly so irritated about this. I just found this out after buying BF 2042 this week and am beyond disappointed with the lack of collaboration between EA and Microsoft on this. EA seems to be trying to get better after their several screw-ups over the past 5+ years with how they've treated their community, and this could be something to regain a lot of grace from players. Quit sitting on your hands and give us our achievements EA!

the reason steam has cheevos with ea play games is the games install directly though steam and not another app, xbox app does not install the ea games or handle them it just links to the ea app.  this was at microsofts side when they linked your ultimate sub to ea.

it would be up to microsoft to change the xbox app to include full installation of the ea titles and then cheevos could be included.

it has absolutely nothing to do with ea.

@TezziousWrong, EA's intention was clearly to make users pass through the new EA Desktop app to promote it. Why would Microsoft want to guide users to an app that's in Beta, giving them a bad experience and ruining their Game Pass reputation in PC, when it's trying to win that market? It was clearly an EA thing.
