Cant play games on Ea play

I can only play some games on Ea play, i bought the Xbox pass and linked it to my Ea play account. I can open 2 games, A way out and Star wars Jedi: a fallen order. I wanted to play need for speed rivals with a friend, but when i open it it just says playing and then stop, the game never opens. It also happened with Plant vs Zombie garden warfare 2, when the games is launched it never opens.
