Im unable to cancel my membership.
why is this it redirects me to the website and it doesn't work??

For Xbox you will need to log into your microsoft account and cancel from there:

My name is Bernice Cooper. I called within the specified time period to cancel my membership, it was supposed to be cancelled on February 8, 2021. I received my credit card bill and the $39.99 is on it. I certainly hope that this will not be an automatic renewal next year and I am also looking for a credit for this charge on my credit card. As I explained before, the games available to members are not the games I like playing (such as Dominoes, checkers, and bowling).
