Im unable to cancel my membership. 

why is this it redirects me to the website and it doesn't work??

For Xbox you will need to log into your microsoft account and cancel from there:

For PSN gamers check the link below to see how you can cancel your subscription:

I cannot cancel my membership either. When I say cancel the membership, it throws me to the site. What can I do?

My name is Bernice Cooper.  I called within the specified time period to cancel my membership, it was supposed to be cancelled on February 8, 2021.  I received my credit card bill and the $39.99 is on it.  I certainly hope that this will not be an automatic renewal next year and I am also looking for a credit for this charge on my credit card.  As I explained before, the games available to members are not the games I like playing (such as Dominoes, checkers, and bowling).

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
