Can EA Play games be modded? [ Edited ]

If I join EA Play will it still be possible to use community mods on EA Play games or will that be restricted?

@Wrong_Writer  EA Play doesn't have anything to do with whether you can use mods.  If mods are allowed in a certain EA game, they're allowed whether you buy the game or get it through an EA Play subscription.  If mods aren't allowed, for example in competitive games, then they're not allowed for everyone.
