BF1 Shortcut kits in EA play

I have EA Play and I just realized it gets me shortcut kits. So I go to the store to add them to my library, and it shows me an option to buy it with money, So I go to my library and go to BF1's extra contents tab and it shows I have the kits, with a 'Update' button on it. I click it and it says "Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #vault-entitlement-failed]". Any fixes?

That error usually indicates that content isn't available in your area, are you using a VPN to connect to Origin?

@EA_Cade I've tried with and without a VPN, none worked
