About me opening 900 boxes and not giving me heirlooms

我在11月23日打开了最后一个红色碎片，当时我还剩下159个盒子。12月28日，我打开了180个盒子，中间有很多盒子。1月11日，我打开了400+盒，我的箱数已经超过800，
昨天我开了400多箱，可是之前我开了400多箱，从头到尾都没拿到一块，谁能帮我？这是什么问题？第一个 ea 客户告诉我这是一个可以在 2-3 小时内解决的错误，我等了 11 个小时没有解决，但第二个客户告诉我这是自动的，他们帮不了我？
