So just to clarify, you can preload games from ea play, im a ultimate xbox member but i can't preload? its asking me to buy it please help. from uk

Sorry to say @HolizOOF but beyond basic troubleshooting steps there is not a lot that we would be able to assist with any issues related to Xbox Gaming Pass. If you cannot preload the games then this is something you will need to address with Xbox support.
