isnt mass effect legendary edition included with ea play on ps4 for free ?

@Cryptic_Verse Thanks for this information, I can pass this on to the team to be aware of as this may be an issue with the client as it is still in Beta.

I would recommend using Origin for now to access your DLC and the game itself.

Yeah my issues are on PC and account issues with the sims 4 dlc, not sure why you merge my thread into a Mass Effect thread on the PS4 to be honest...

I had the same issue on Ps4. Tried to launch The Sims 4 on PS4 and it just told me licence not verified and going to the store it just tells me i have a 10% discount and have to purchase the game.

After trying to purchase the game at checkout the game surprisingly was free. Even though in the store it told me i only had a discount and it would cost me ~20€

I just bought the pass on ps4 from the store and went to library to check the games It's asking me to pay for mass effect games and couple more like battlefield so I installed app on mobile to check if I can download from there and seems like I can download every game except mass effect games My question is did they remove the game from the vault or something cause mass effect games are the reason I bought the pass
ive logged in and out of my account several times restarted the console but nothing works

Just wanted to add that I'm having an issue with this right now. I subscribed to EA Play but I'm not able to download Mass Effect no matter what I do.
This is on PS5. 
I've tried restoring licences, searched through the store, etc. It just shows the option to buy, not download.

Good morning:

I have subscribed to EA Play for a month to play Mass Effect Legendary Edition but when I go to the PlayStation Store to download it I don't get the option to download but only the option to buy it with a 10% discount.

I have contacted the chat and they have recommended me to restore the licenses and change the region but neither of these things have worked.

They haven't given me any solution other than to wait and ask here and that's why I'm writing, I have subscribed basically to play this game and I can't and I need a solution.

My region is Spain and I'm trying to download it from a PS5.

To elaborate on this issue. If I go to the US store front and check there is an option to download the game for free. But I can't actually do it because it's not my region. 

Any other region the game does not have that option.

But they are displaying it in the free list for EA Play in every region. False advertising.
