@zj47 EA Hub is for those with EA Play (Originally EA Access).

If you have an EA Play subscription on Xbox you will need to purchase a separate subscription for PSN.

So to answer your question, no i'm afraid not.

Hey @zj47 our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time.
