Play List Not Showing Up PS4 [ Edited ]

Whenever I load EA Play, none of the games show up. I don’t know if this is a bug or what it is.

Hey @DutchTheHooligan in a situation such as this, the first thing to do is ensure that your console and game are fully up to date.

If that makes no difference then clearing the cache and powercycling your console is next.

You can do this easily enough by following the steps below:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power cable from your console and then press and hold the power button on the Xbox a number of times to clear the cache.
3. Plug your power cable back in and turn your Xbox back on.

If the issue is still there then can you try to reinstall the EA Play app.

Hi I`m having the same issue on PS4 .

No Play list  and No installed games showing but game trails show.

Contacted EA Help yesterday we deleted EA play app and restored it. then updated system software 8.03 also Restored Licenses and restarted ps4 but no luck.

Can I please get help?

Also is there a way to send downloads from ea play webpage direct to my ps4?

@EA_Darko I'm having the same problem but none of what you said worked on my PS4, neither did reloading licenses nor deleting and installing the app back.

Dude I`m still having same issue.EA help told me to do this trouble shooting but never work, I was hoping for someone on this forum from EA to reply for help .

Hey @Iceman-AMD007, if you search for an EA game in the PSN store then you will be able to download and play it from there.

Hey @Iceman-AMD007 the best thing to do is to reinstall the app. I tested it there on my PS4 and it's working as it should. I went ahead and reinstalled it and it is working as it should.
