Hi there.
I have an active subscription for the EA Play hub on PS4, but can't see any titles listed there.
I have downloaded titles using it before but suddenly, when logging in today, I can't access any games despite leaving it to load for a long time.
I have a pal that lives nearby -- I had him check the same menu in his "hub" app, and it contained all the games he had access to.
I'm desperate to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I've added an image of what I see in the menu below.
Many thanks.

Hey @pjrydo that error is a PS4 error to say that the software crashed.
Sony recommends that you try the following steps when this occurs:
Restart your console:
Make sure your game software is up to date:
Make sure your PS4's system software has the most recent update:
Clear your PS4's cache:
The PlayStation 4 doesn't actually have a cache to clear. That said: It never hurts to power down/power up your console if you're encountering performance issues in the console.
Uninstall/reinstall your game:
Reinstall the original hard drive:
If none of these steps have helped, you should reach out to PlayStation Support.

Just to add, I've got this error message from the EA Play hub screen a few times:
One of the Suggested Actions is to check for updates, which I have done -- there are none. I've also deleted and reinstalled the app.
Many thansk.

Hey Darko. Many thanks for the advice, but unfortunately none of it helped. It’s a real noodle-scratcher ...
Despite following all of your instructions, I still have no entries in the “Playlist” section, and perhaps more concerning, I continue to get the (CE-34878-0) error message almost every time I try to access it.
