I'm on xbox and as I tried to load up mass effect 3 it said that my account didn't have the subscription. I checked and I realised it expired after 1 week. Is there a fix. If not can I get refunded

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the Xbox Support team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Since the subscription for EA Play goes through the Xbox billing system I'm afraid we don't have visibility into it from our side. The Xbox team should be able to see what might have happened to cause it to end after only a week.
