Ea ply payment something went wrong

I used to pay my xbox one ea play membership via my mobile bill, but I recently switched provider to one not supported so now I want to pay via my bank card  I've tried to pay many times and I just keep getting something went wrong please try again later this has been  a few days now

Since the payment for an EA Play membership on Xbox One would go through the Xbox billing system, I'm afraid we wouldn't have a way to investigate this from our side. When you have a chance please reach out to the Xbox Support team so they can take a look.
