I recently unlinked an old psn account to link a new one but when I go to start battlefield v with my new account it says I'm still linked to the old account even though my ex Profile says I don't have a n account linked please help

Hi @dvstbvnnie22, 

 

If you're unable to completely unlink an account, I would definitely reach out to an advisor so they can take a look. We'll need to verify some account information to go through this process so it's not something that can be done via the forums I'm afraid. 

You can find more information on how to reach an advisor over at the EA Help website, or through Twitter or Facebook instead if that's easier for you.
