EA play early acces fifa 22 not working

EA play Fifa 22 early acces doesn't work. Fifa 22 is installed via EA play. When starting the game it is not reacting when pressing [A].

Do you have anything plugged into the USB ports? Like a mouse and keyboard, Guitar Hero dongle, etc. If so, unplug them and try again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Do you have EA Play Pro and have also pre-ordered? If so, that's an issue we're currently investigating so hopefully, it's resolved soon.

I have ea play and yes I have the game installed 

on the ea desktop out the play button is just blanked out

What do you mean by pre ordered? I have purchased the game through origin so yes

Try clearing the cache with the instructions here. If that doesn't help, try unplugging your mouse and keyboard, as well as any other peripherals you may have plugged into USB ports, plug them back in and try again.
