EA Play subscription from Xbox to PC

So basically, my brother plays on an Xbox. We have EA Play on that Xbox, as well as a bunch of games bought on that account. Is it possible for me to log in on PC on the EA desktop app (or origin?) as the same account and have access to those EA games via that EA Play subscription?

Most likely you won't be able to play the same game at the same time on the same account, but it's possible playing different games may work.

Ok, but seeing as we are on the same account, what if i bought the xbox game pass? Would that allow ea play to be used on both devices as it is the same account?
