i have a problem accessing the EA play playlist or installed games on ps4 and it was working the first few weeks

Hey @joxellox, that would point to the issue being a connection issue related to one network.

It's no harm turning your router off for 5 minutes and then trying again to see if you see the same issue.

Hey @joxellox if you check the PSN store are you able to add the games from there?

Yes the games in the playlist are available free in the store. But actually i found a temporary solution. When i change wireless network connections on the console it works but if i close the app it returns to the original error
