None of these fixes worked I've tried them all now technical support is down too so I cant even live chat with anyone.

EA Play Gray Screen

@ive been trying to log onto the EA Play hub on my xbox one so i can subscribe but all i keep getting is a gray screen. Ive triend power cycling, installing reinstalling, and resetting my MAC settings and i still get the grey screen. Help!!

Either nobody cares or nobody know how to fiz this.  Ive been asking for a week and ill ive got was nothing.

My ea play hub will not load on Xbox one

When I load up the ea play hub I get a gray screen and nothing else. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but that doesn’t work. Can anyone help m with this??

Hello @djscruffymuff

I have seen many problems with this an not really a fix.
You could try deleting the app and then turn off your computer and unplug the power cable for a few mins, boot it back up and reinstall the app, but I think it might be the app requiring an update to fix the issue.

Just to let you know you don't need to use the hub to download games as you can go directly to the store and download them.
