So if you have Ea play pro (or Origin pro access) the you cannot play on ea play and get the games on ps4 aswell then you have to have subscriptions, one for the bad games and one for the new games, but the best feature isnt available for ps4? :P

Apparently not. This is also what I thought, buy or upgrade to the more expensive once to have access to ps4 and the best titles. I can now Download fifa 21 later today, but not on PS4, then I have to buy a new subscription and I dont know if fifa 21 is available on the cheap ea play

Correct - EA Play Pro is only available for Origin on PC.
