EA-PLAY ON PS4 IS A HORRIBLE APP

On PS4 EA-Play does not work. I cannot see the games of the play list, only the games for trial. The App is very slow and sometimes i have a frozen screen. This makes no sence. Under this conditions, why should I buy EA-Play? In EA-Play there is also NHL20, which last year I downloaded for the 

10 hours trial. On the screen I see NHL20, but it is locked (!!!), altough I have bought EA-Play. When I enter EA-Play Hub I cannot see, as I written before, the games (EA-Playlist). This is crazy. Please fix it.
