My friend and I get this message when do spesific things in game; Your connection to the other player has been lost. Check your internet settings and try again.. Anyone know's what to do?

We are on PC, same region/town. Im on ethernet with a download speed of 260mbs and 21mbs upload. My friend is also on ethernet.. We are on the scene where we need to put sheets in the cart. Every time one of us take the cart it just disconnect's us. But we are also expiriencing a little red box dashing on the screen at the loading menu before entering the game and ingame. We both have tried to host the game but it didn't solve it.

Bro, I had a similar problem, we allowed it to reboot our routers.

What do you mean by that my friend? How do you get a game to reboot your routers? Or do we do this manually?

@EA_Ryan This is another post by me yesterday.. We did manage to get from the canteen scene, but now we are stuck here.
