Unravel 2 doesn't launch [ Edited ]

Unravel two does not launch.  After running the client after a short two seconds pause the game immediately crashes.

Solutions that I have tried and that haven't worked;

Clean system reboot

Re-installing the game

repairing the game

emptying Origin cache files

running Origin as an administrator

updated all drivers

Windows updates are all up to date

I have attached DxDiag.

Any help would be appreciated.
