I don't receive the PS4 invite my friend is sending me.

My friend bought the game "A Way out" and we were thrilled once the game was fully downloaded and installed (on both consoles), but when he sends me an invite via PS4 I didn't receive any invitation. Everything works on the PS4 voice chat, messages, invites form other games, but I don't receive the invite for 'A Way out'. He did send me like 20 invites, but I didn't receive a notification or invite once.

How can we fix this?
