I cant hear the dialogue

Summarize your bug We started the game and were in the first scene on the plane. As soon as the characters started speaking, during the cutscene, I couldn't hear them talking. I tried everything to fix it. I tried to switch my audio to stereo, I have searched the very depths of the internet, and I have tried contacting EA; nada.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, test it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't hear any dialogue.
What do you expect to see? I expect to hear the characters.

@michaelngai0519 If it's working on speakers and not on headphones then this is most likely an issue in how the sound is outputting.  Can you try setting your output to stereo and then try again.

Same problem here bro

can't hear the characters even after the first scene -- only in background dialogue, sound effects and music i can hear

Hey, can you try plugging in a pair of headphones to see if the sound works through them?

That's the issue man, the dialogue specifically doesn't go through the headphones, think i'll have to use my speaker

@forschuup Does it work if you connect your speakers? Can you ensure that you haven't the audio set to surround if listening back through a stereo device?

i got the same problem too, i can hear the bgm loud and clear, but i just cant hear the dialogue between the charters, im using the headphones - Logitech G933, it got back to normal when im using the speaker.
