Can't start local game on PC

Just bought and installed for PC, when trying to run local game it says to Press A for Player Two but nothing happens when I press A??

Basically cannot start local game!!!!

yes there is ,it wont load pass the start screen have yet to figure it out

Sorry to hear you're still having some trouble. Let's try the following:

1. Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
2. Remove the controller from the USB slot and insert it again.

3. Make sure all drivers are updated. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers

4. If necessary, try re-installing the game.

in case you havent taken notice i am on a real pc not a laptop or game console plus it has not been working since i downloaded it then re-downloaded so telling me about a usb is useless at this point

Have you tried deleting Origin and re-download the latest version? 

Download the Origin client

- What type of controllers are you using on your PC?

- Are you able to take control of both players with one of the controllers to see if we can narrow it down to a hardware issue?
