Summarize your bug Cloud syncing problem which turned to unable to connect to EA Servers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea ?.?
What happens when the bug occurs? Me and my partner got disconnected from the game.
What do you expect to see? ........I have no idea either.
Hi, I got this message for It Takes Two: "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online, and try again." even though my internet works perfectly fine. My date and clock are automatically adjusted, and I also tried to disable my Windows Security and the game is already allowed through the firewall. I even tried to reinstall the game.
Oh before this problem occurred, I had a problem with data syncing. But after I removed cached from the EA app it changed to this.
Anything I can do to fix this problem?

Hi @silverknots Thanks for going through those steps, Since we are on Steam instead of repairing in EA app you can Verify the game in your Steam library.
If the issue continues can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot then try launch the game?

Update: I managed to play a new game with my partner, but at Chapter 1 Wire 2nd save point I encountered another "failed to connect to the server" issue.

@EA_IlliumHello! Thanks for replying. I've cleared the app cached and set the EA Desktop, EA Background and It Takes Two as exceptions for my Windows Defender.
I can't find the Repair menu though, is it because I purchased the game from Steam?
Anyway, after trying those two, I still got disconnected on the loading screen (still stuck in the Wired chapter).
Any other ways to solve this matter? :') it's starting to get tiring.

If still anybody has the problem with the "Can't Connect to EA Servers" in it takes two, just simple go in help in your EA account, whats in your left corner and klick under the help button restore app. That was helping my friend to get this connect to EA Servers away, and we could play the game.
