Check your system time and date - If they are out, it will result in a "Must Be Online" error, even if your compter is speaking to the server just fine.

 

If this doesn't work, you should also check that your anti-virus is not blocking Origin.

date is fine, i manually add rule for antivirus and disable it - isnt working

deleting antivirus also doesnt help...

I know you said it was set right So maybe you could try to syncronize it again?
