windows blocks attempt to download game conteant for Sims 4 update

Windows 10 keeps blocking attemps  to download game content for latest update...disabled my firewall and antivirus to no avail..Windows still blockes it,,,,wont let me play sims 4 without update,,,Any and all help is much appreciated thank you

Are you getting any specific error messages?

If you are afraid that the download is being blocked, please try a clean boot and from here run Origin as admin.

I have the exact same problem, but everything I found in every thread doesn't help me.
