why does my origins login keep saying you have made too many atempts

I play Apex on GeForce by Nvidia and it asks me for the code and I ask for another and it always says I need to wait to use another but I still haven't been able to get another. What do I do?

If you're having some trouble getting the verification code I would recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to help out with those codes.
