where is the user account control popup

im trying to play sims 4 and it wont let me update it its saying that its been paused I have tried everything and now its saying  when prompted grant permission within the user account control pop up  I hope you understand what I'm saying and you can help me out please and thank you

Have you changed the default installation location of Origin?

Try turning off User Account Control temporarily:

Hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes.  Scroll through the list of services to find the ones labeled Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service.  For each, double-click, select "disabled" under Startup type, and click Apply.  Then try downloading again.
