I bought the sims 4 off of origin online and downloaded application. It is not allowing me to sign in. I've tried deleting and re-downloading it, I've tried restarting my internet, I've tried restarting my Mac. nothing has work and I'm very upset that I spent money on a game im now unable to play.

@MissMay6480 Since you've uninstalled already, try doing a clean uninstall of Origin, then restart your computer. When reinstalling, be sure to grant Origin all the permissions it requests. Here's how to clean uninstall:

You can also try clearing the cache and cookies for Safari, and also for your default browser if it's not Safari. For Safari at least, with it open, click Safari in the upper left corner of your screen, then Preferences > Privacy > Manage website data, and wipe everything. In the Privacy section, set cookies and data to either "always allow" or "allow from websites I visit," at least long enough to test.
If none of this helps, please do another clean uninstall, create a new user account on your Mac, and install Origin into that. Make sure it's an admin account and that its username contains only letters and numbers, no special characters, accents, etc.
