Bought Battlefield V at Best Buy only to find out someone is already using this number code. Now I can't play at all. It says the code is already being used. Ive tried to get hold of EA but I see now I'm on my own. Has anybody had this problem?

If you're 100% sure that the code has been used before you purchased it, you need to reach out back to the retailer. If the game hasn't been purchased directly from us, I'm afraid we're not able to help.
