Hey @sajjadmirpour, I'm locking this thread as it is 6 years old.

What you can do is try lowering the User Access Control settings:

1. Close the Origin client. 
2. Click the Windowsbutton and type "UAC" in the search field. 
3. In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available. 
4. Click Okat the bottom of the window. 
5. Open the Origin client and try installing again (click Installon the game you want).

i can't use free game

I'm sorry, but this still gives me no idea what is going wrong or what we could do to resolve it. Do you get any errors or could you please describe in details what exactly is happening?

@EA_Kristi when i update game i see a error "Oops… Windows blocked our attempt to download game content. If you'd like to allow Origin to download content to your computer, select "Retry" below. When prompted, grant permission within the User Account Control pop-up."
after that i launch with administrator after that i see as same
and can't update.
