unable to launch The Sims 3_code.exe

I have problems with instaling The Sims 3 on a new laptop i have just bought.I only come to the point where I axcept license, when i get an error. The error is "Unable to launch C:\users\greta2~1\AppData\Local\Temp\{0812207A-9F87-479A-81FC-CAB1F4E4CB06}\{C05D8CDB-417D-4335-A38C-A0659EDFD6B8}\The Sims 3_code.exe Please help me.....

@mistypixels Are you able to download/install the game from Origin client if the disc is giving you errors?

I can download the game, but it won't let me install it.I have the base game disc that i bought.

How I'm supossed to fix it? What do I need to do that i could install it?

Once i download the base game, i click the button to install it.But then immediately the sign pops up, and it says: ' Unable to launch C:\users\GRETA2~1\AppData\Local\Temp\{261F42C3-BD32-4EBC-9521-8DAET2839C03B}\{C05D8CDB-417D-4335-A38C-A0659EDFD6B8}\ The Sims 3_code.exe '

And then the installation immediately stops

@mistypixels please stick to this thread now. Posting numerous times (as you have in the Sims 3 board) makes it very difficult to help you. 

Try running Origin as administrator: Right-click on the Origin icon on your desktop and choose run as administrator.

It's still not working.I tried openning  the origin as administrator, still the same.What should i do?
