Also I can sign in, I just want to swap my email address so how do you expect customers to understand that they should go via ’Can’t sign in’ if they want to change their email? I have no trouble signing in whatsoever. Please make it easy for the customer!
Also, why should I have to make a call to the US to just change my email? Or why should I have to sit in a chat queue for hours for something that should be the simplest thing?
