this code has already been used fifa 17

I have deleted my origin cache and after login in again it needed fifa 17 product key. i used the old on but it said it had been already used. i tried to contact EA helpers but stuck on chat popup. used every possible explorers, deleted all plug-ins, used both wifi and lan. it keeps waiting me. My country isn't in the list so they cant call me. i'm really frustrated

Hi Tom. I re'installed the origin again and the problem was fixed.
